Wine: my passion, not
only my career
Starting out in hospitality, I quickly developed a fascitation and love for wine. Naturally, the next step was to graduate to a sommelier where I worked at premier Sydney restaurants GPO and Bennelong. Taking my passion to the next level, I spent then next 8 years working for Australia's oldest and largest French wine importer, Negociants Australia. It's here that I fell in love with the great wines of France and cemented my life long passion with the regions of Champagne, Burgundy and the Rhone Valley.
